I think they said they were from IT Capita? Very Rude, very defensive, definitely a scam.
SCAM said they were calling from Carphone Warehouse. It was about a personal mobile phone contract with 5% discount, but they called a business landline. Sounded very fishy as it was an overseas call.

Called me everyday this week. Saying my computer had an error and it need to be looked at urgently. Told him to go away and they keep calling very aggressive and persistant. DIFFINATELY A SCAM
Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.

This was a recorded message telling me that a large sum had just been removed from my bank account. By this time I had blocked the call. I have no doubt that they would have gone on to ask me to do something that would have resulted in me being robbed. SCAM Claimed to be from Citizen's Advice concerning debt. Consultations with CAB are confidential, they don't give out people's details without permission, but I haven't spoken to them for many years anyway.
