I use to be with OneBill but got rid of them a long time ago. I'm guessing they're trying to win me back...? I asked for all further correspondence to stop: clearly they didn't hear me at the time!
The caller said they have to inform me of £600 Fraud on my account and to select a button if it was me. It did not say who it was from or which bank it was from. I do not have a bank based in Burnley.

Fed Ex scam. Haven’t even ordered anything. Picked up for 1 second and it ended, leaving a voicemail in both English and Chinese, saying something about 2 parcels and press different numbers for different enquiries, supposedly so your voicemail service calls them back when you press.
