I’m suspicious of this number as it came up as Imperial College London but it’s a Bridport number.
SCAM. Logged as a scam call because I do not know anyone in the Scottish location that the caller is logged and they did not leave a message. Rings true of most scam calls which seem endless.
I have had two calls from this number, both times the man was very difficult to understand, did not know my name or address but kept insisting there had been a no fault accident...

Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. a man called, asked me my name and then put me on hold. I was suspicious and hung up.i suspect a scam as the area code was northern Ireland and the mans accent was irish

Fraud
Cold caller trying to get us to change landline/broadband. Insisted on speaking to Director. Would not say who he was until pressed several times. Would not say what he was calling about until pressed. When I started to tell him the proper procedure, he hung up in mid-sentence.
