People did they call you with something new, new scope?
Just had a phone call from them, got a recorded voice saying the call was from Claims Inclusive and that the call was not important and they will call again. Having read others experiences with this number I think I will be hanging up on them in future.
4 missed calls within 1 hour. Eventually when i answered wanted to help me get more from my pension when i said that was strange as i didnt have one, what company is this pension with he ended the call with i dont have that information

From looking at the comments and receiving this call myself. I can tell you there is an Avatar service which is all pre re-corded responses and is actually a person in Asia handling 3/4 calls at once! Hannah is a fake!
