Automated message saying need to speak to you about life insurance press 5 to speak to us - have just recently taken this out and pressed 5 stupidly and it said completed and the line went dead... got this feeling I will be charged a fortune

SCAM / FRAUD Message (as received): "O2: We were unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees, please update your information via https://o2.uk.o2al.com/?o2=2" I did NOT click link and would advise anyone getting similar message not to either. I am not a customer of O2 so an obvious Phishing to random numbers. Note the link is NOT via the official "o2.co.uk" domain. BEWARE!!! P.S. Receipt of this call coincided with the real Talk Talk offering a new contract designed to keep me as a customer. A preliminary was that they were improving my broadband to stop buffering - a long-standing issue. The recorded voice I heard gabbling in this call was telling me, for the umpteenth time, that my broadband was going to be disconnected. These criminals use different fictitious numbers each day.
