I have been phoned multiple times by this number over the Christmas period. It doesn't seem very professional - generally a lady coughing and just a dodgy manner in general. I am avoiding it and suggest others do as well. Speak to or visit your bank is my suggestion ???? also 0345 740 4401 - same dodgy number
