Call from a welsh lady claiming I had been referred , despite not knowing my name and giving a former address. This number calls on average once a day - to a business number. I press 9 as instructed to remove from database but nothing happens. As Robbiefan says if you press 5 to speak to someone they just put the phone down on you when they realise there is nothing in it for them.
