10 to 15 calls a week. 99% are automated calls. we were lucky to get hold of an actual human being. unfortunately those humans are as automated as their mechanical colleagues. they unable to comprehend even the simplest syntax like: do not call me again!!!!!!!!!!

Asian-sounding man, claiming he was from TalkTalk, queried our Internet connection. As we're not with TalkTalk, simply put the phone down, and barred the number.

I answered as it's a local number and it was a woman offering to service my dyson? I don't own a dyson so I can only assume they're changing their arm.
Called back missed number, turned out to be a PPI company. The foreign sounding female on the phone went straight into the PPI spiel

I had a call from an Indian caller on this number today, acting on behalf of BT saying my internet was going to be disconnected as a virus had got into the system and my computer. I asked how it could be fixed (knowing the answer) and they said they could help by accessing my computer!! He also said he was London based. I politely, or not so, told him it was a total scam and I would be reporting him.
