Scam call - phoned elderly parent to say money coming out of account - parent is very distressed. NOT HAPPY!!!!

This is a scammers number pretending to be talk talk be aware
‘Company’ listed as Studio Retail ltd on the number 0371 376 5683. Conversation was incoherent and they have been calling me on numerous occasions over the past week. This is a scam number, please do not comply or partake in any activity they suggest to you. Report this number to the authorities.

SCAM - Claimed to be from Amazon offering to arrange a refund for an order if I provided details. I pointed out that I could cancel through my account. They said they would not refund me without the details. I ended the call and checked my account which showed no activity
This number is consistently calling me about 3 times per hour everyday telling me "that there is a problem with my internet and that it will stop working in 24hrs". This has been going on now for months.
Trustworthy number, Newday cards. Called me to respond from their complaints department. They called me to helpfully deal with my issue and gave my £25 for my trouble. Quite good service. Newday does credit cards for Amazon, Opus, Marble, Aqua, Fluid, maybe others.
