I called this back and it was a number for the Royal National Institute of Blind people. Obviously looking for funding via a raffle, as per the voice message. I have no problem with this organisation except that it was unsolicited.

Hong Kong based con artists - got a letter 2 days after call asking for help re: Money from Zimbabwe!
i keep getting text messages from this number. instead of clicking the links in the message or calling the 0800 number I went into my bank branch and showed the text message. they said if was from them. I already arranged quarterly statements years ago and have confined this every year yet I still get this text message at least once a month since the start of this year. following gdpr I been getting the message a couple times every week. Feeling annoyed and harassed now.
