Has called me on my mobile sporadically for the past 4 months now. At first I tried to call it back and it just went straight through to on hold music. This number just called my landline, the lady claimed that she was from Sky and that it had been reported time that my sky broadband was not performing at the correct speed. She did not confirm any of my customer details. Then she asked me what devices were connected to the broadband and instructed me to go to the p.c, so tat I could adjust the broadband settings.
