Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Their script is well rehearsed leading you to believe they re on the service side of your purchase and calling about further delivery information. Try ringing them on this numb
