CALLS FROM COMPANY CLAIMING TO ACT KN BEHALF OF O2. TRYING TO GET ME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH O2 GIVING OUT MY CONTRACT DETAILS TO OTHERS. DESPITE TELLING THIS FIRM I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY CONTINUE CALLING. THEY JUST HANG UP IF I COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR HARASSMENT. TRIED CALLING O2 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM BUT WAITED 15 MINS WITH NO SIGN OF A HUMAN VOICE TO TALK TO. WILL BE TAKING MY MOBILE CONTRACT ELSEWHERE.

Very professional.I was angry at them at first as I thought it was a Scam Cold Call. But they handled the call very well. Then I was transferred to a Senior Debt Consultant who explained the program to me in detail. I am just awaiting the papers so that I can sign up with them and start leading a stress free life. A definite recommendation to all if you wanna get rid of your debts without paying your hard earned money towards FEES.
