I received a call from 020 3694 9384 which I did not answer, but the call left a voicemail
When I listened to the voicemail, it was an automated recorded messages stating that there was a Tax Fraud Case registered under my name, and that I should press 1 to speak to the Officer at HMRC. The message went on to say that if I did not call, the Warranty would be issued under my name and that I would be arrested shortly
I have reported the number to HMRC
I received an unsolicited call from 01274965666 claiming to represent the National Hearing Centre. I do what I do with all these unsolicited calls which is to make a formal complaint report to the Office of the Information Commiissioner.
Claims to be from national insurance helpline where my ni has been used as fraud and I need to press a number fir more information I put the phone down it’s obviously a scam . It was a mobile number so I assumed it was from someone I know.
Asian chap called again, must be at least 5 times in the last week. I thought, he must be really concerned about my windows, so for once, purely for entertainment reasons, i took the call. The usual are you the owner of the computer etc etc. I spent the next 5 minutes talking to him about my double glazed windows and telling him he should buy some when he finally gave up and started calling me all sorts and put the phone down. He called again immediately and i let it go to voicemail. Sat and listened to the
SPAM- pretending to be BT Openreach, advising me that I had a speed issue and their tech team were working on this.
He wanted me to run a speed test off a specific link, This is spam, / security risk. Reported via my Suppliers of the number in question, Unethical as they are not BT /Openreach.

This number (07379 253353) is printer on stickers that have been stuck on people?s front doors without consent. When you attempt to peel the sticker off, it damages the paintwork. The police suggest you never called the number on a sticker if you need a locksmith as often they are scammers. Apparently the stickers are also used by criminals to identify premises that are vulnerable and could be burgled by accomplices later (Google to find news articles on the subject).
