Woman said something about the loft insulation not being safe and some government scheme etc etc . Thought it was some sort of scam so told here i didnt have any insulation and she rang off.

appears to be scam. supposedlyftom london fraud office notifying me of somebody using my bank card. when questioned, did not know my bank or how mich was taken.

This person rang saying they were from Carphone warehouse and wanted me to change my current phone contract,but he couldn't answer my simple questions
