SCAM Automated voice message from "HM Revenue and Customs", requesting call back on same number to an individual about a "sensitive matter". Hang up and do not call the number

Scam: recorded message claiming someone was purchasing products using my account but did not say which account or which company they were calling from. Call appears to originate from Russia when checking the number from this site.
claimed to be from Amazon requesting authorisation for a payment of £229. I put the phone down and contacted Amazan, They said the number was not theirs.
pretend to be calling from council and say there was a report of an accident. then on reply of no such thing, he switch to ask have you have any accident in the last 2 years, car accident, fall etc.... some kind of spam call

This number was on a letter we received for a company not registered to our address demanding over ?700 for an unpaid gas bill. I rang them to let them know that we bought the property only 18 months ago and that any such company was no longer at this address. I was told that would be the end of the matter. Today they rang me asking to speak to someone regarding the said company. They had held on to my PRIVATE telephone number when I rang them and then the woman blatantly lied and told me it was associated
