Phoned me and asked me to download something off computer so he can sort internet out speed it up I don't no anything about computer phoned my daughter and she confirmed it was was a scam not sure if they have control of my computer now iv had to reset everything I hope not
Keep phoning and when you answer they hang up
Called from the "budget and account department" but didn t specify the company, asked the caller to be clearer and when I said I had no idea what she was talking about, asked if I had insurance on my mobile, house etc. Hung up immediately afterwards.
