I was trying to activate a phone on my company network and after working with Verizon and the phone started initializing it came up with this phone number which is 1/2 way around the world for Bribane. Verizon still working on figuring it out. Not sure how this phone number was hijacked to a phone number so far away from my location and mysteriously changed numbers. The phone number on the account has been on my account for 25 years now.

They came up as on my phone as "Netring" with a red flag by it.. I didn't answer... (never do if unknown/unexpected) So I googled "Netring" and the phone number correlates.. https://netring.co.uk/pages/support/ I'd say more marketing but to what end?? Steer clear.
SCAM Received a text from this number supposedly from Sky. It stated they were unable to take my payment this month and my services will be stopped. It even provided a link to update my details. I haven’t had Sky since 2007 so I hope they haven’t been able to take a payment! :D Don’t click on the link, it’s not Sky; it’s a scam looking to get your bank details.

AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. I then asked if it was a service or a sales call - very reluctant to answer so hung up. I think this sort of pseudo cold calling does businesses such as AO.com reputational

I was called by this number today, the automated message told me my amazon prime account had expired and that my credit card would be charged £95 pounds for renewal, if I was unhappy about this, press 1. Sadly for them, (lucky for me) I don't have an amazon prime account, hung up imediately. The scary thing about this call was it was a local number to me, first time I've seen that, the other thing about that is it means its only relivent to people in the 0115 area, not nationally like the old scam num

This phone number is listed on Google as a Thai restaurant but seems to be the new phone number for Complete Mathematics. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number. Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. SCAM - An automated Voice claiming to be from Amazon & my Amazon Prime Account was going to be auto-renewed. After hearing this I immediately ended the call. I am now getting getting REALLY ANNOYED with the amount of SCAM calls I've been receiving lately (all from different numbers) & feel I need to try and let other people know about it. I felt the need to report this number in case any elderly or vulnerable or/and elderly become a victim from a call from this number. I hope it helps report
