I have got to take my hat off to these guys being very sceptical at first having a telephone call but after 12weeks nervously waiting I have had a successful claim of ?9785 on my credit cards which I had no paper work for and two loans I had for cars dating back late 90 s I ve just booked for the family to go to Mexico !

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Received a call from this number...answered it...brief silence then the call dropped.

Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.
