This is a scam number with an automated voice concerning an order from Amazon. I do not have an Amazon account. This call is likely from a scamming call centre in India. Not the first time I've been targeted, each time from a different number. I put the phone down. Recommended: programmes by Rav Wilding on BBC iPlayer and repeated on BBC1. SPAM Call center Telemarketing life insurance broker wanting to review a policy that wasn't even with the company have it with. Wanted all sorts of details that I wouldn't give wouldn't take no for an answer and wasn't interested so had to just hang up
Scam call. Claimed to be from sky saying my router was being used by someone else. Sounded like the same person that called me a while ago. Hung up on me when I asked her my name.
I received a call from somebody claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. I asked him to send your new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email. He rang from this number 2 days later and came out with the same nonsense. He said he was Roger. I hung up and complained to SSE.
