SCAM - An automated Voice claiming to be from Amazon & my Amazon Prime Account was going to be auto-renewed. After hearing this I immediately ended the call. I am now getting getting REALLY ANNOYED with the amount of SCAM calls I've been receiving lately (all from different numbers) & feel I need to try and let other people know about it. Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. Call from man with Indian accent - "your contract with Three is coming to an end". Me: "could you remind me of the number" - "the what?" - "the contract number" and he hung up. SCAM - i think they were a scammer, (I'm not positive but they usually are these unknown numbers). They were phoning from outdoors in Trafalgar Square in London, so they could literally be anyone, they weren't a business, (they weren't one of those that hung up immediately, they waited until after I spoke). Automated call from Amazon regarding a charge on my account - I don't have an Amazon account.
They called and disconnected, after a few seconds the same number sent the following text message: "You are a worthless father who doesn't deserve kids, when is the last time you called your daughter loose" (07495498649)
Rang twice on 11 April at 15.50. Both times when I answered, the caller hung up immediately.
Missed a call from this number but when I ring back, apparently it doesn't exist. It doesn't for me anymore coz I've blocked it.
