The user of this number claims to be Perfect Preference - obviously based in India. I have had up to 5 calls per day, a total of 19 in 10 days. When I decline to answer the 1st question (my age), the caller gets aggressive. Some calls have cleared down saying only Good bye .

I've never been in a council property and they refuse to give you information on where this information has come from and it must have been an error. It's a shame about the negative feedback because it's clear they didn't stay on the phone. I hate cold calls as much as the next person but it's a legitimate process, probably just difficult to shake off old sales habits which can raise red flags when you're taking a call, I'll admit. Ah well, I'll be getting my tax rebate from HMRC in about 4 weeks just by staying on the phone, your loss guys! I'd be calling back if it were me!
