Scam call about suspicious amazon order.

SCAI was called from this number this morning. I had to ask twice who was calling but the caller's accent was so difficult to make out I still don't know where it was from. I did catch something about them submitting a compensation form on my behalf - something I have not done or requested. It all sounded very suspicious so I said they had the wrong number then hung up. I really wish something could be done to put a stop to these constant cold calls. It is unacceptable.

SCAM - Tried to convince me that they were calling on behalf of a government debt consolidation scheme. When I said I wanted to check the validity of the company, they tried to convince me that they were genuine. I pointed out to them that any genuine company would be fine for their customers to do due diligence and that the fact they were trying to stop me doing that just screamed scam. They hung up on me.

it;s the usual lowlife trying desperately trying to rob me of my pension pot. I'd like them to have a go at my bank, I'd get rid of my overdraft then! Seriously I consider ALL of these calls Dangerous, each and every one of them are lowlife robbers so how can they be anything less than dangerous ? This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. Now thinking about it castration without anaesthetic would be better.

I believe an AI automated scam system, that responds to your response. I think you are talking to a computer generated voice, I hear "Hi this is John from the driveway company" or close on. Serious scam, I get repeated calls daily.

Number was not answered. A partial message which was distinctly robotic was attepmting to convince me that £900 pounds worth of shopping has been done using my debit card. Would I please press 1 if this was not me. Blocked. Defo a scam.

07969371625 called 9May23 at 10:51 hours with exact same recorded message as 020704859199 called 5 May 23 at 14:40hrs, recorded message.... along the lines... "Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". Caller did not identify who was calling

Unable to answer the original call a voice message was left to call this number back. The voice message did not state the company involved but required an anti-fraud check. This was a 'genuine' number, but the questions were probing and having given my contact number after questions to verify myself I was asked for the last 4 digits of that contact number already given, there were too many disconnected questions that could be joined up for other fraud. I terminated the call. Supposedly Barclaycard.

SCAM I was text by number 07311 255050 by someone pretending to be my child in trouble asking me to WhatsApp them on this number 07564739632. DO NOT give these people money. If your child isn’t with you, call them in their original number to see if they’re ok. This is fake and a scam.

This is a scam line purporting to be BT telling you your broadband has been compromised.

Called claiming to be from Visa and with 2 transactions on my account. "Press 1 to connect to our agent". Logged in to my account on a PC and no such transactions. Probably a scam
