SCAM pretending to be a BT engineer as you have an unsecured BT Internet line gets you to download software to get access to your bank details. Knows you name, landlines number, address and postcode

Didn't answer , never gave them my mobile number, so how did they get it, has to have been bought fro somewhere. Ifbyhst is the case , then it's a scam call.

01182-308128 -308140 -302112 are all scams. Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! These are computer generated calls searching for voice lines. If you answer "hello" or "anything else", the line will be logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll get called back later by a con-artist! If your phone rings and you don't recognize the number DON'T SPEAK! JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear anything & the line then goes dead then you've just successfully escaped being scamme

Phoned at 7.15 a.m. claiming to be from Amazon, regarding £49 taken from my account. I asked what information she had about me... She disconnected.

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Voicemail received from a Cardiff number claiming to be a new neighbour & asking for help (I live in North East England). Interesting that the same number has been searched over 100 times... Very suspicious - did not return call

This person claimed to be my child who had smashed their phone and wanted me to WhatsApp this number, which I didn’t do. They said they had called from a friend’s phone 07599569709 which was about to die. This is terrible preying on parents. I don’t know what would have happened if I clicked on the number. Hope this helps others

SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. Possible FRAUD and SCAM - AVOID

This number called me at 07:25 with an automated message saying they were from Amazon and that I should call them back, the line was very crackly.
