Company is called Oriel Collections. They call every day and chases for a music licence payment for our store. We have advised them several times, no music playing in the office. We have asked for them to attend the facility at any time and spot check if they wish. We have nothing to hide. They advise, they dont have to do that and demand payment ! I used this company a few years ago and they haven t stopped ringing me since to ask if they could provide me with another product. This is despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I won t be buying anything from them again. It goes in cycles, they ring every day for a few days until I end up getting angry and answer them to tell them to stop ringing and to remove my details. They stop for a couple of months before starting up again. Well not any more as I have now blocked their number.
