I have called 111 service today and this was a ring back.
It's a scam offering a discount card for all major supermarkets and once you give your age group they told me I was also eligible for free return flight tickets and a week in a European villa. Catch - needed my 16 digit credit/Debit card number to place a penny charge to authenticate who I was. Needless to say I did not provide.
Told me they were from BT ringing to update my broadband to fibre. Asked for mobile number, and address, I hung up the call.

Called and left no message. The location of this number is identical to a series of similar numbers so it looks like a call centre using new numbers when the earlier number has been blocked.

Fraud - This is a National Insurance scam where you are asked to press 1 - DO NOT PRESS 1 - CUT THEM OFF AND BLOCK THE NUMBER. It's an automated message that says your National Insurance number is about to be blocked for various illegal activities and if you don't act now one of their officers will be round the arrest you. Foreign female voice said she was calling from Nationwide and someone at my telephone number had had an accident in the last 3 years. No-one has! Actually sounded like a recorded message as there was no response to comments I made! Belong to the TPS and getting really fed up with calls of this type.

This is an intruder monitoring service. Not a hoax caller but they inform you of break ins etc. if you are a key holder for a business.

This number called today at 13.01 asking to speak to Mrs Sarah McSherry. Informed her she had died twelve years ago. She apologised and I asked her to remove phone number from their list and she hung up. Number now blocked.
