SIXT charged me 4 x ?40 for handling a parking notice. I called this number on their SIXT RENT in the APP shows as headset with call customer support against it. This was a recorded message about my national insurance number being fraudulent. I immediately put phone down. Since then my phone screen went blank and now my phone apps are not working.

I answered and there is a delay for 2 seconds before the automated message starts telling you to urgently press option 5 to claim your PPI. I hung up, there was no way I was pressing option 5 and probably getting charge ?1,000 a minute!!

recorded message said that call was from BT and that my landline and internet contract would be terminate unless I called a certain number...I put the phone down!
