Called, rude american lady on phone, advised I am TPS registered, they said I had expressed interest. I said I had not, kept talking over me, and told me to SHUT UP!!
Persistently calls claiming to be researching heating boilers and sometimes pensions. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their list and told them I am a TPS subscriber. They just ignore this and continue to pester. I have now got their number next to my phones and will not answer them again.
There is also another company that send all the scam texts and they are called Hypercross and surprise surprise their company director is called Alan Livesey. It looks like the brothers are behing the scams

Fraud & Scam claiming to be a Government office Recorded computer generated voice claiming to be from HMRC and informing me that my tax code was being stopped because of fraudulent activity by me. This is nonsense. At no point did the message use my name but it asked me to press '1' to hear what I had done wrong!! Ha ha ha!
This is a scam call! Automated voice claims to be HSBC and will issue a warrant for your request if you don t press 1! Beware!
Company called RTA legal advice, cold calling. Hung up before he said what it was about, but no doubt an accident I have had that I know nothing about! Only picked up as it was a Swindon number, local to me.....mistake! Now blocked!
