Scam. They insisted I had asked for help with services and sent me an email to prove it. Email is blank apart from the only thing there - a button that says "Previous messages". I had no dealings with the caller previously and I know I haven't sent any emails. So it is clear that link goes to and does something fishy!!!

just wanted an online quote, discovered Bupa £100 cheaper, and even cheaper with my employer, So far have rung every day for seven days, not answering so dont know how long it will go on for,agree with previous comment. too desperate and aggressive would not have gone with them either way because of this. According to my mobile provider I called this premium number twice, which I did not, this number must be part of a scam beware !!
Called a TPS registered line, asking for a named individual, and identifying themselves as "Jess from BT", and asking to talk about "Your broadband line". This is despite our Internet services not being provided by BT, and the named person that "Jess" was asking for having nothing to do with the provision of our broadband. If she really was from BT (which I very much doubt that she was) then it would be one good reason not to touch them with several barge-poles strapped together.
