Scam call from Amazon saying account is overdrawn by £1000

SCAM - Phoned pretending to be BT manager.

Left a message about compare my policy insurance and to call 01615051368 which is negatively rated number.

SPAM. Claiming to be from Department of Health and Social Care UK. Has no details about person they are calling. Claim to be undertaking a survey but asking questions about private health insurance and how much I pay per month and who insurance is with. This is not a UK government department calling. Rings from different numbers all over the country - put through a router to make it appear as if they are from different cities. Could be dangerous for someone who believes this to be a genuine government call

Phoned at 7.15 a.m. claiming to be from Amazon, regarding £49 taken from my account. I asked what information she had about me... She disconnected.

Had 3 calls recently with the same recording from different numbers. They say they are from my bank, but don't say which one, big red flag. They say l have 2 unusual transactions, including from Amazon. No activity on accounts, obvious scam.

I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! SCAM !! Pretended they were from my mothers bank after sending her a text pretending it was from her daughter who needed money. Scammed her out of £2800. Voice on phone was English. Reported to Barclays fraud. Phone calls from this number were persistent insisting money hadn’t gone through and no doubt trying to extort more money.

When I asked how much this would be, they said they do not have my contract in front of them and "that we work with all the major networks". I am neither with o2 or have a contract....SCAM Fraud
