this number rang to say that they were calling from virgin media and that I was having problems with my internet and my router was intermittent and had a fault. Trying to collect for a cancellation fee on an insurance company. Complete jokers. Just ignore/block them. They will never follow through with any threats - they just rely on intimidating people into payment. They will even offer you discounts - a clear sign they know they re not entitled to any money.
