unknown number to me rang me saying they got my Number from Anna. Person was inaudible with Aftican type accent talking about ‘gear’ Made no sense to me at all so hung up. They made no attempt to ring me back if a number was (which it clearly wasn’t!) given to them by an Anna!!SCAM

SCAM its an insurance scam company, they are using illegal auto-dialling software meaning theres never anyone on the end of the phone and it will keep calling you endlessly. This is because your insurer has sold on your contact details to this third party who will try to get you to make accident claims for a cut of the payout. File a complaint with your insurance broker for selling on your personal information.

Just had a text message from this number, claiming to be from my eldest child. Stated Hey Dad, this is my new number, my phone just broke. You can delete my old number and save this one. I have a spare phone now, tried to call you earlier because I need your help, but I can only text at the moment due to this phone. I asked who it was. They replied, "your eldest child". I'm an individual counsellor and this person 'Jack' texted me during my Christmas holiday. He pretended to be a client at first, and I responded in case he was a potential client in need. He then attempted to sell me his "automated systems to attract more counselling clients". I hate spammers who prey on therapists' good natures, and who disrespect our vacation boundaries. Don't fall for this.
