00918045708684 called 30 May 23 at 10:38hours. Female voice advised that my "visa account had been debited £1xxxx from a gambling ??? in California, press 1 to talk to our ???. or 2 to authorise payment ", hung on for a short while to hear if anything followed..... nothing so hung up.
Called twice. They did not leave a message. When you call back all you get in an answer phone playing music, with no message.
Picked up phone to get computer voice saying I am the only one on this conference call then nothing so hung up.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Scam... A woman calling me to say that they'd noticed problems with my internet connection. When I told her that my Internet was doing very well and currently sunbathing on a beach in Greece, she hung up. Obviously no sense of humour!
This number called me on my landline & when I answered there was a pre-recorded message to the effect that there had been suspicious transactions on my bank card. I strongly suspect this is a scam.
