This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. Lovely young man called James rang and saved me over ?700 on my electric contract in about 5mins. Glad he called! Sounded sexy as all hell.

This call started with a cheerful but computer generated voice (young, female , English with very slight accent) saying, "Hello, my name is..." As it was clearly not a real person, I considered this a lie and hung up.
