Almost certainly a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Block the number if you have the facility.

Please visit https://paypal-limitations43.com before we are forced to close your account" Within 5 min I had 2 more exactly the same from +447904580519 and +447946748210, suspect its a scam as there are no messages when I login to my account via a normal login process.

I was contacted in December saying I had an outstanding invoice for a best wishes mention that was due in March I asked them to send me via e-mail invoice and proof of artwork as I was away and would be back on the 4th of January they have phoned me again this morning when I asked that I have not received any e-mail from themselves and I receive all e-mails on my phone he got really high rate and said the account is well over due tell you what I will past it to our debt collections dept which has additional
