SCAM This number was the first of three (others were 0208 888 7676 and 01782 254545) which I received on 17th and 18th July 2023, telling me I had security problems with users accessing my computer files. I was told that I needed to open my event viewer logs so that they could help me to block the users etc. After playing dumb and stretching out the phone call - I eventually told them that I knew they were trying to scam me - which met with a tirade of abuse - especially from one female calling herse

Phoned saying they were from BT and I had a very serious internet problem - caller was clearly from India, so I asked him what part of England he was calling from and he said London, even though the number says Pickering. SPAM Call center Asked for the MD by name, I asked who was calling she replied "Lydia". Put her on hold while I asked the MD if they knew who she was, and they didn't have a clue. Went back and said that the MD wasn't available and could I take a message. She then asked to speak to our other MD and I replied that they were not avaialble either. I asked again if I could take a message, of which she just said she would try again tomorrow. Not a chance ....number blocked.

A SCAM!!! A guy called "Richard" presented himself as someone working for the "gradjobsuk" website and he interviewed me for a job (that I dont even remember ever applying for) and tried to persuade me to buy a course towards a qualification. The whole website is a scam, their jobs are made up and all they do is make graduates buy courses and then stop calling them. Its a total scam, just hang up and dont trust them!
