claiming to be a marine engineer and asking people for money. preying on women who are vulnerable. Meeting women on dating sites (bumble) probably using someone else’s pictures.

This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. The last time I enquired anywhere about windows was over 19 years ago, and definitely not a company called Smiths! - I thought we had a Data Protection Act!. Potential fraud. Automated voice making reference to 600 pound transaction on VISA card and offering menu options - no bank identification. Call was received on a number that has never been made public and has not been provided as a means of contact to any financial institution.
Absolutely fed up. At least 2 calls a day. It's plain and simple I don't want your call as I never answer it.
