Genuine caller- HSBC fraud dept, didn t trust at first so as mentioned called number on back of my card and they confirmed it was them. Well done HSBC for checking suspicious activity (it wasn t but it did look it to be fair!)

Friendly number
They called me asking my name and confirming my address and my card details (which they already had!), saying that they have 2000 refund for me. They had my old address and my old card details, which I vaguely confirmed because they are old (so I thought it doesn t matter) and wanted to understand whether this is scam or not. I then hang up with a guy yelling something to me while I was putting the phone down. Really pushy and insistent when they noticed I started to doubt their words.
