Constantly calls, asking for random named people, when you say wrong number they hang up. if you call them back you are diverted straight to music

I ve also received this text and as I had just ordered something I stupidly clicked on the link. I got a message saying that the server is not responding ...........should I be worried?

I received a text message from them telling me I owed them over £90 and to contact them regarding the issue. After speaking to O2 previously, they informed me that the number did not belong to O2; and because of this, I decided to do a little digging. This is a faux number (as in faux fur), as it's got too many digits i.e. it's a spoofed / fraudulent / scamming / junk caller. :-)

Do not talk to them, they are a scam. Use loudnoise down the line to get rid of them

Dead call, beeped once before the call dropped, probably auto dialer.

Said they were calling from Expedite Crash Claims and that they had heard I was in an car accident. I said I have NEVER been involved in a car accident before. They then asked me When did the car accident take place? I told them to f*** off and they hung up. l suspect this was an interactive robot speaking, very believable and spoke good english but didn t recognise my long winded response for not been involved in any car accident .

Rang me nearly 30 times over the course of 3 mornings at 10-15 minute intervals. When I eventually got sick of it and answered it turns out it was a dentist, live caller on the other end, didn t wait to hear what he wanted before telling him not to call again. Seems to have worked.

The only way to get at these people is to go onto the Information Commisioner s website and report the number. If enough of us do this, they will investigate the number. There are very heavy fines for companies who do this. Report them every time you get a call - it is very easy to do.
