Claiming to be from virgin media and that they have been getting alerts from our hub and internet speed. Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Called 3 times in an hour different numbers and difffernt people. Checked with virgin media and its not them!

For a change, I pressed 5 because I wanted to find out how I got ON their database in the first place. Called to offer me cheap phone and broadband services saying they can save me 50% - without knowing how little i m paying already!!!! He got very defensive when poiltely informed him i i wasn t interested, and to be honest he should have stopped at that point, but no, he just kept going on. Cold calling should be illegal as it is more often than not a form harrasement.
