This is westcot debt collector UK! But they can be sued! What you can do just record the time of conversation and then write them a letter to compasate your time and call bills1 some one did this and did work!!

English female, jolly sounding, phoned unsolicited using my first name offering to get me a better telephone and broadband deal. I am happy with present provider. I am registered with TPS, but seems to make no difference to scammers
