Went on about boiler cover, I asked who my boiler was with. No reply. When told was not interested in replacing my boiler cover as I already have one, she really shouted back at me. Very rude woman. Needs dismissing from her job, you want our business learn to speak to people respectably.
I don't get calls from this number that often, but I've made it very clear that I am not prepared to speak to them. Last time, I simply put the phone down without hanging up. It was gratifying to watch the minutes ticking by at their expense, and at least it will have spared someone else the annoyance of one of these calls for half an hour!
