This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. I received a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC & that I should not ignore. As this is now the 3rd number they have used I called back & told them this was a scam. They then said I shouldn t use language like that as HMRC could have me arrested, or something similar!!

Just tell em the jobs done but there is blood everywhere.

Don t bother next time. Reports on other sites suggest it s a lottery ticket scam.

This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

I receive calls from this number daily, two or three times a day at any time. I don t even remember when they started but it has got to the point now where I don t answer any calls on either my landline or mobile unless I know who is calling. I don t know who they are but assume if it was anyone or anything important they would leave a message.

Only rings once, never enough time to pick up.

Have been calling me frequently over the past few months, using variations of this number so blocking the number isn t much help. Sent me texts asking for Mr Paul Phillips, which is not a name I am familiar with. I have never answered one of their phone calls as I don t want to give them a reason to call more often.
