SCAM The automated voice told me my NI was suspended due to suspected illegal activities and I had to press '1' to speak to an officer.
SCAM .. Claim to be virgin media..11 calls by lunchtime today
Number rang three times then hung up. I can only think they want the person to phone back which will cost more than a normal call and earn them money.....
Fraud - call, but then no response; could be from China? SCAM SUM whatever. Surely HM Gov can do something about these nasty unwanted cold callers:
1st had a text sent to my land-line late last night, saying thank-you for going with Action direct PPI, I ignored it thinking it was a wrong number & I d not had any contact with this company. Now - - it s only 12:05hrs & I ve had 3 calls with no one @ the other end,damned if I m wasting my time waiting for an operator.
