Fraud This number has been checked several times in the last day. A call from this number (unaswered) was received late at night by a phone that has been hacked two weeks ago and the service provider seems not to have been able to put the account out of reach of the criminal, despite a great deal of correspondence with them. The phone is only an emergency phone and no one has the number except others in the household who did not make the call. Given the circumstances I am flagging this number as possibly

SCAM - Claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse Limited. Second call from that business today, from two separate numbers. Wanted to discuss my account. I am not a customer of that business.

Scam pretended to be from Bristish Gas and that our bill meter reading had been mixed up with another companys Was quite convincing Have reported to telephone prefernce service and will report as a scam
TAXES / HMRC Suppposedly HMRC chasing unpaid tax. Completely false, they will not ring with this sort of message.
