I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose.
