They're calling to offer a survey conducted by British Lung Foundation about loft insulation and if you have questions and try to challenge them they hang up straight away without saying anything... can't wait to be called again!

Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.
