My partner received a call from this number who said they were from Microsoft and there is a problem with our computer which needs fixing, would she log on. She replied no as this is obviously a scam and did they think she was stupid. She was then subject to a tirade of abuse saying we are all f***ing stupid etc. This was a very distressing call for anyone to receive never mind a vulnerable or elderly person who could be intimidated into following their instructions..
