Remember, anyone who cold calls you, (especially when you are registered with the TPS), is highly likely to be at best disreputable or at worst an out and out fraudster. Automated call saying they were from visa debit and there has been suspicious activity on my account!

Called to tell me "HMRC were filing a suit against you press 1 to talk to your case worker." Calling and not specifying which ocupant of the premises they want. HAHAHAHA HMRC do not work this way! HMRC can write me if they want to file a law suit against me or they can write my partner if it is her they want! Hopefully people are getting wise to this crap, but maybe not as they keep doing it! :(

The std code does not exist. This would have been a scam call, the answer phone captured the number, the caller left no details

Somebody trying to sell no me ‘no win no fee’ services for the accident I have not had! Rang off when I requested that my details be taken off their system. Don’t bother to answer!

He told me he had received my file, and that I had some unsecured debts...I said OK. He asked me to confirm how much my unsecured debts are, I said you should know, you have my file. He then said your file says you have in the region of £5000 of debt is that correct. I said no and you have called me before and I ve asked you to stop- then he hung up...very rude!
