SCAM: saying that the text if from santander but i call the number and no one answered and went to voicemail. which I'm pretty sure santander doesn't do standard voicemail.

Phoned up and claimed i had a loan, i have never taken a loan out it is worry that these people are going round claiming this

I live in the US this number has called me 2 mornings 3-4am and plays afterword disinfects the call.
My policy is - if they didn't leave a message then they didn't want to speak to me, therefore I will not call them back.
I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.

Claimed to be Halifax calling for an Ann-Marie Bosworth (not me) because her card hadbeen used online, and asked her to call the same number back to confirm. I assume at that point they would attempt to steal details.
